Service Level Agreements
Altipoint's SLAs provide commitments in three key areas:
- Network Quality
The latency (speed) of core sections of Altipoint's network will not fall below specified levels.
- Service Quality
The Altipoint network will be available 100% of the time.
- Customer Care Quality
Should a fault cause the network to become unavailable,
Altipoint will notify the customer within specified timescales. In certain countries, circuit install time commitments are also available.
Should these specified levels of service fail to be achieved,
Altipoint will credit the customer's account. |
