Q. How do you make the plant selection for my property?
A. When landscaping, plant selection is crucial for many reasons. The following are a few reasons:
  
a. First and foremost, customer's tastes.
   b. Shade and/or sun exposure.
   c. Maintenance expectations from customer.
   d. Moisture/dryness of landscaping area.
These are a few elements considered when designing and installing new landscaping.



Q. How much does it cost to install a new landscape?
A. Cost of installation depends on mainly 2 factors.
   a. Area of property to be landscaped
   b. Complexity of landscaping to be installed
Although other factors come into play, these are the most prevalent.



Q. How does the monthly maintenance billing system work?
A.

All customers are billed on a Flat Fee system. This is based on the number of cuts per year times the cost per cut to maintain the property. Customers will be billed the same amount each month (year round) based on the services set up.

Billing is done on the 14th of each month and payment is due by the 10th of the upcoming month. For example, January maintenance invoice issued on 1/14 would be due by February 10th.




Q. What is included in my monthly maintenance package?
A.

Monthly maintenance package includes:
   a. Mowing, edging and blowing of all turf areas.
   b. Spraying all beds and pavers for weeds.
   c. Pruning of plants/small shrubs; palms frond removal if reachable
       from ground; hardwood branch pruning if reachable from ground.
   d. Trimming of hedges.
