At
the end of last year, Mutual Benefits Corporation
brought a few groups of our top international agents
to Ft. Lauderdale for a series of workshops and seminars.
In the evening, they enjoyed dinner and dancing on
the beautiful "Caprice," the area’s
premiere luxury private yacht. Below is a collage
of photos highlighting their visits.

This
past December, Mutual Benefits Corporation hosted
our largest holiday party ever. More than 535
guests from all over the globe attended the
elegantly decorated Crystal Ballroom at Fort
Lauderdale’s Hyatt Regency Pier 66 Resort.
The memorable entertainment included a full
orchestra, Minuet dancers, magicians, contortionists,
acrobats, caricature artists, tarot card readers,
strolling musicians, and of course, Santa and
Mrs. Claus. Thank you to all of our agents who
traveled to be with us for this festive and
joyous occasion.

Three
years ago, Mutual Benefits Corp. introduced
life settlements to their agents and clients.
Previously referred to as "Life Settlements,"
life settlements differ from viatical settlements
because the person selling a life insurance
policy is usually a senior citizen who is not
terminally ill. More and more seniors are becoming
aware that their life insurance policies are,
in reality, a financial tool. Many seniors use
this much-needed cash to upgrade their medical
care, enhance the quality of their daily lives,
give cash gifts to family members, or even to
fund a cherished dream. Life settlements can
also alleviate the stress of paying high premiums
month after month.
Many
of these policy sellers suffer from some medical
condition that even though is not terminal today,
may become so in the next few years. These diseases
include diabetes, heart disease and even non-terminal
cancer. Our independent reviewing physicians
and medical review companies take into account,
that as we age, our immune systems weaken, and
those seniors who have pre-existing medical
conditions are much more eligible for this program.
In fact, the financial relief that many of these
seniors get from the sale of their life insurance
policies alleviates the stress of financial
worries they face, helping them to live their
remaining years with dignity.
If
your clients have not considered life settlements
as a financial tool, why not introduce them
to the MBC life settlement program. |

MBC’s
Viatical University has now reached every corner
of the globe. Our January VU class was one of
our best ever, with students from the U.S.,
Austria and the U.K. in attendance. Visiting
agents receive a first-class, educa-tion on
what viatical and life settlements are, how
to sell them properly, and why we feel that
they are a terrific alternative to other more
traditional financial tools.
